All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices and product availability may change without notice.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours. Delivery timelines vary by city and courier partner.

We offer 7-day easy returns on unused items in original packaging. See our returns page or contact support for details.

All content, product designs, brand marks and imagery on Al-Zain are the property of Al-Zain and protected by applicable laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Al-Zain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
